Everything begins with a conversation about your business needs and objectives. The chamber asks new members to talk to the team first, then apply.

Questions before you join.

How do I become a member?
Register online once you have selected the right membership type. The chamber recommends arranging a meeting or call with the membership team first.
Which membership does my company fit into?
Small Corporate is for businesses with 49 or fewer employees in Taiwan, Large Corporate for 50 or more. The membership manager confirms which applies where it is unclear.
How many members does my membership bring on?
All of the employees from the company.
What are the benefits of joining?
The main reasons are on this page. Each membership category also carries its own additional benefits.
Do I have to be British, or a British company, to join?
No. The chamber welcomes all nationalities and encourages diversity within its membership.
How do I join a committee?
Email the business development team.
Can all my colleagues attend chamber events at the member rate?
Yes, every employee of a member company can attend chamber events at the member rate.
What is the demographic of your membership by industry?
It ranges from startups and SMEs to large corporations and multinationals, in Taiwan and overseas.
How do I access the membership section of the website?
Log in through the member portal, which carries event registrations, communication preferences and personal details.
I've forgotten my login and password.
Use "Forgotten Password" rather than creating a new account, which loses your existing preferences and information. Email the membership team if the problem continues.
How do I sign up for an event?
No membership is required to register. Select the event, choose Register, and follow the steps; members select the member price and log in.
I would like to speak at a chamber event, who should I contact?
Hosting an event is a benefit of membership. Current members with an event suggestion can email the events team.
Do you offer events sponsorship opportunities?
The chamber hosts over 170 events a year and welcomes partners who can offer support and professional insight. The events team hears from anyone interested.
